Thank you for choosing This Ceramics. All of our ceramics are handmade by our designers and are unique. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please carefully read the following policies:

Refund Policy

1. Refunds within 12 hours of order

   • You may request a refund within 12 hours after placing your order.

   • After 12 hours, our designers will start producing the ceramic piece, and we will no longer be able to provide a refund.

2. No refunds after 12 hours

   • Since all ceramics are custom handmade products, once production begins, cancellations or refunds are not possible.

Return Policy

1. Non-quality issues are not eligible for return

   • All pieces are handmade and may have minor variations or slight marks, which are considered normal and not defects.

   • Returns are not accepted for personal preference, size, or color differences.

2. Eligible for return

   • If you receive ceramics with serious quality issues or unexpected defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

   • Once verified, we will arrange a return or replacement.

3. Ineligible for return

   • Used or damaged items (not due to quality issues);

   • Unauthorized returns;

   • Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, or storage;

   • Custom, limited edition, or special collaboration items.

Shipping Costs

• All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, regardless of the reason for return.

• Please use a trackable shipping method; we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

Order Modification & Cancellation

• Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

• After 12 hours, once production begins, modifications or cancellations are not possible.

Damage Handling

• Please inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, take photos and contact the shipping company immediately.

• We are not responsible for damages, loss, or delays caused during shipping; the shipping company assumes responsibility.

• We only accept returns or replacements if the product itself has serious quality issues (not caused by shipping).

Processing & Shipping Time

• All ceramics are handmade. Please allow 15–30 business days for production.

• Production times vary depending on the specific ceramic you purchase; more complex or custom pieces may require longer production times.

• International shipping usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or logistics.

Non-Receipt of Goods

• If tracking shows the item has been delivered, the order is considered completed, and “non-receipt” claims will not be accepted.

• For further tracking or claims, please contact the shipping company.

Exchange Policy

• Except in cases of serious quality issues, we do not provide exchanges.

International Orders

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.

• We are not responsible for losses caused by customs delays or package refusals.

• Import Duties & Taxes: Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by natural disasters, customs restrictions, strikes, pandemics, wars, or other force majeure events.

Disclaimer

• Each ceramic piece is unique; colors, textures, and details may differ slightly from photos.

• We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations due to lighting or display devices may occur.

• Minor outer packaging damage during shipping, which does not affect product use, is not considered a quality issue.
