Refunds within 12 hours of order
You may request a refund within 12 hours after placing your order.
After 12 hours, our designers will start producing the ceramic piece, and we will no longer be able to provide a refund.
No refunds after 12 hours
Since all ceramics are custom handmade products, once production begins, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
Non-quality issues are not eligible for return
All pieces are handmade and may have minor variations or slight marks, which are considered normal and not defects.
Returns are not accepted for personal preference, size, or color differences.
Eligible for return
If you receive ceramics with serious quality issues or unexpected defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Once verified, we will arrange a return or replacement.
Ineligible for return
Used or damaged items (not due to quality issues);
Unauthorized returns;
Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, or storage;
Custom, limited edition, or special collaboration items.
All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, regardless of the reason for return.
Please use a trackable shipping method; we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After 12 hours, once production begins, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
Please inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, take photos and contact the shipping company immediately.
We are not responsible for damages, loss, or delays caused during shipping; the shipping company assumes responsibility.
We only accept returns or replacements if the product itself has serious quality issues (not caused by shipping).
All ceramics are handmade. Please allow 15–30 business days for production.
Production times vary depending on the specific ceramic you purchase; more complex or custom pieces may require longer production times.
International shipping usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or logistics.
If tracking shows the item has been delivered, the order is considered completed, and “non-receipt” claims will not be accepted.

Except in cases of serious quality issues, we do not provide exchanges.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.
We are not responsible for losses caused by customs delays or package refusals.

We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations due to lighting or display devices may occur.
Minor outer packaging damage during shipping, which does not affect product use, is not considered a quality issue.
